The luxurious Turks and Caicos Explorer II is a 125 foot (38m) liveaboard with an experienced crew of 8 English and Spanish speaking professionals. The yacht can accommodate up 20 guests in the 10 air conditioned cabins.


The choices of cabins include:

  • Staterooms 8-10 on the Lower Deck with Twin beds in a bunk style, desk with chair, and hanging closet;
  • Staterooms 3 & 4 on the Main Deck with Twin beds, desk with chair, hanging closet;
  • Staterooms 5-7 also on the Main Deck with Twin/Queen beds, desk with chair and hanging closet.
  • VIP Staterooms 1 & 2 on the Boat Deck featuring a Queen-sized bed, desk and chair.

All cabins come equipped with individual climate controls and private bathrooms with hot showers, all towels and linens, wardrobe and storage, sea view ports or windows.


Between dives on the Turks and Caicos Explorer II, loads of amenities are offered for your leisure time. Hang out in the air conditioned Main Salon in the comfy seating and watch a movie. Find your favorite outdoor setting where you can enjoy the ocean views and the sea breeze. The awning-covered Flybridge is accessed from semicircular stairs on the Boat Deck. The Turks & Caicos Explorer II's comfortable accommodation features settee seating for 12 to 15, a Barbeque, Wet Bar and Helm Station. For those working on a tan, the Boat Deck features a large sunning area with comfortable lounge chairs and provides access via an outside walkway to the two VIP Staterooms. Perhaps more activity is what you desire; take an exciting Land Excursion or go Snorkeling.


Breakfast begins with eggs, bacon, pancakes, French toast, muffins, Danish and fresh fruits. Afternoon lunches are plentiful and varied and include soup, sandwiches, burgers, pasta, assorted salads, and quiche. Also included is mouth watering homemade baked breads, cookies and brownies which are also offered between dives. The Chef prepared dinners will include lots of fresh vegetables, rice, pasta, chicken, beef, turkey, pork, and fish. Drinks are included and if there are special dietary needs, they can be requested in advance and the crew will do their best to accommodate those needs.


The modern and luxurious Turks and Caicos Explorer II provides guests with thrilling diving along the coasts of Providenciales, West Caicos and French Caye. Experience Sheer Walls plunging into a deep blue abyss and explore ledges and crevasses adorned with gigantic orange Elephant Ear sponges, Crimson Ropes, Gorgonians, and a plethora of Macro life. In January of each year, the Turks & Caicos Explorer II follows the migrating Humpback Whales to the south, and spends the following 11 weeks on the Silver Bank, 80 miles to the north of Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. These special itineraries, run by world-renowned Tom Conlin of Aquatic Adventures, offer up to 18 lucky guests the opportunity to spend a week both topside and in the water (snorkel only), experiencing the majesty of these incredible creatures up close and personal.

DAY 2 - 6 

The Turk & Caicos Explorer day schedule usually is:

  • From 7 am to 8 am (cold breakfasts are available for late risers)

  • Dinner at 6:30 pm, and a night dive.
  • Island shore excursions will be arranged when possible for those interested. Low annual rainfall and reliable ocean currents contribute to the remarkable visibility, as well as provide nutrients for the many large pelagics common in these waters.

  • Should you be leaving on an afternoon flight, feel free to leave your luggage aboard for pick up later. Due to the necessity of readying the vessel for our next cruise, we must strictly enforce the 9 am departure.


  • Caribbean reef sharks are common, as are spotted eagle rays, jacks, grouper, and turtles. Also spotted on a frequent basis are blacktips, tiger sharks, hammerheads, and manta rays.
  • Famous for its spectacular walls filled with huge gorgonian fans, barrell sponges, hard-coral arches and macro life, the Turks & Caicos Islands truly offer a dive experience for everyone. Though many of the dive sites visiting are outside the boundaries of the Princess Alexandra National Park, which provides strict protection for much of the marine life surrounding Provo, all of the dive operators in the area enthusiastically support marine conservation and preservation measures which ensure that the waters of the Turks & Caicos remain pristine for future visitors.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Your reservation request is obligation free and you can cancel anytime within the first 72 hours. During this time you can easily find matching flights and get answers from our reservations team to any further questions you may have. After you have confirmed and paid for your reservation, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • 30 % is non-refundable
  • Between 120 days and 90 days before the trip = 70 % is refundable
  • 90 days before the trip = no refund

In case of cancellation the refund will be transferred to your bank account, credit card or paypal account within 10 business days


  • Make sure you meet the country's requirements corresponding to your nationality make sure your passport is valid at least six months after the date you plan to visit the country
  • Diving insurance is mandatory for divers of all ages on all of our trips: bring your certificate as proof
  • It is strongly recommended to have travel insurance that is appropriate for the type of diving holidays you are going to do
  • Check the electrical standards (such as which plugs are used) in your destination country before travelling and bring the appropriate adaptor if necessary.
  • The itinerary and the number of dives are indicative and are subject to weather conditions and conditions: safety is always first
  • All divers must provide their diving certification card
  • Diving computers are compulsory
  • Local rates, fuel surcharges, distance rates, port fees, etc. may change without notice due to changes in government policy, changes in the price of oil, etc. The changes are beyond our control and the increases must be paid if the boat requests them. We will endeavor to inform you of any changes as soon as possible. A change in these rates does not entitle you to cancel the trip.
